Wow. What a meal. Had the tasting menu £65 + wine pairing £35 and well worth it. Each dish was truly exceptional, and substantial portions. If they have souffle on the menu, don't hesitate - they do a flawless souffle. Service also excellent. If you like dry Rose, the bottle pictured was excellent.
One of the best meals I’ve eaten in Brighton in a long time. Brilliant food and fantastic service. Thank you for a lovely Birthday meal. We had such an amazing evening. Staff, service and food incredible. This has been on my radar for a while, and did not disappoint. For the quality of food, it’s a bargain.
Amazing as always. They were even kind enough to accept an expired voucher. We had the taster menu with the wine pairing. Beautiful!
Loved this restaurant. Good Covid awareness, they even took our temperatures when we arrived. Excellent service and fabulous food. We were well looked after and it was a real treat to be there.

Amazing tasting menu at Gingerbread in Brighton. Every course was spot on - our personal favourites were the pheasant and egg yolk/hen of the woods/spelt combo. Lovely atmosphere and excellent service. Very Covid aware. We felt very safe
