This is a wonderful shop. I first used them 28 years ago to resize an engagement ring and then have two matching wedding bands made. I have used them ever since for all my jewelry needs - whether it be earrings, necklaces, repairs or just a simple watch battery. Many thanks Jeff and your team for many years' of excellent, helpful and friendly service. Thoroughly recommended.

Could not fault them. Excellent service. Put my faith back after a terrible experience at another jewellers with a family piece of jewellery that I had been left. Would definitely recommend and will be going back.
Bought a watch before christmas and has never kept time. Took back for a refund but I was refused. Was offered an exchange, however as the watch seems substandard for the price paid I wanted a refund. Again I was refused and the owner became very abusive. Would NEVER go therer again even though I live in the area.
How polite helpful and friendly the lady that served me today was. Nothing was too much trouble even though I dithered. Highly recommend this shop
