My First visit and it was a good experience. The staff were friendly, the chips were fresh and fish was ok. If I'm within the area again I would not hesitate to pop in. Parking: Free parking bays just by the Chip shop.
Best cod and chips, worth the wait in the queue however service is speedy.

Our one & only choice for fish & chips in the area. Always get good quality food what ever we order. Generous with chips, fish & the ribs are really nice. Recommended 100%.
We asked The Frying Pan to provide us with sausage,chips and wedges for our wedding reception They couldn't of been more accommodating they took the booking in advance. They delivered on time and wow the portions where massive they went down a treat with the guests They especially loved the wedges. And as a bonus gave us extras. Would highly recommend The frying Pan if you are thinking of catering for a party.
Best chip shop around period, the ribs and chicken is to die for, all the staff are lovely. I actually drive past two chips shops to come here,my family have been using this place for years and never had a dodgy bit of food,........oh and the curry sauce is a must try Food: 5/5
Love the ribs here. Savoloys are nice too. Staff always friendly and quick service. Shame they don't have cod roe already cooked.
Stopped off for fish and chips, I have cancer, and been fancying this. So big mistake 1 piece of fish there, could not stand around, so paid extra for the large piece. It was as dry as anything, and batter had absorbed the moisture. Thank goodness for the lovely chips,perfectly cooked, and Tasty!
We would like to thank the helpfulness and staff of the frying pan… we ordered chips, wedges and sausages for our wedding… Nothing was too much trouble.. We ordered, we paid …the food was delivered fresh and hot and on time … our guests loved it and would definitely recommend for party bookings as well as family takeaway… thank you again for everything
