This is a great place for all meals of the day! Beautiful surroundings really makes for a lovely place to sit. The food is superb and compliments the setting so well. Highly recommend a brunch, coffee with some cakes to take away which are fresh made! This was poached eggs, black pudding, potato scone with wrapped asparagus and cake is an apple crumble pie.  Kid-friendliness: Kids and dogs welcome!  Parking: Street parking and its free.  Dietary restrictions: They take allergens very seriously and super safe!

Went here with my other half for Sunday brunch, staff were so lovely and very attentive, and the coffee is so perfect it didnt even need any sugar! Food was absolutely incredible, I got a croque madame which was equal to, possible better than those I've had in France. Couldn't recommend enough  as a perfect relaxed brunch spot

Visited today and thoroughly enjoyed breakfast of the Benedict with smoked salmon and avocado! Nice ingredients and the coffee was great too! Great addition to the area!

I kind of want to keep this place a secret so that it isn't fully booked when I want to go, which is pretty much every day. Simply delicious brunch menu that I plan to work my way through. Great coffee, gorgeous venue and cracking staff who seem to love working there and want to make their customers have a nice time. Really hits the spot. Nice one Old Fruit Shop!

Cracking little restaurant. Went there for dinner a couple of weeks ago. The menu was really interesting and varied and our group tried lots of different dishes which were all delicious, the steak especially. Service was lovely and friendly. Highly recommended

Lovely addition to the area! The staff were really nice and welcoming. Service was slow but it suited us as it gave us the opportunity to chat and it didn’t feel rushed. Some great food and coffee. On the pricier end, but it was worth it.

The Old Fruit Shop is one of a kind. Amazing front of house staff who always give a warm welcome and cater to every need. Kitchen staff are also very professional and courteous towards their food and customer service. Highly recommend to anyone in or around this area.  Dietary restrictions: Staff were amazing and informative in regards to dietary restrictions, they go above and beyond to cater for each individuals needs/want. I felt very comfortable and confident with the options that were made available just to suit customer demand.
