I had a couple of important images to get printed and framed, one of which was quite a large panorama. The staff member did a fantastic job of reviewing the prints and discussing matting and framing options. The end result was spectacular. I’m very impressed with the quality of work and helpfulness of the staff. I will definitely use them again for future printing and framing.
There was a special picture that we needed framed in our new house! The framed picture company website was easy to use, great quality photo print and lovely mount and frame!! It’s perfect. I also appreciate the customer service who promptly informed delay in stock and recommended alternatives!! I’m already to order the next one! Highly recommend !
Only just unwrapped and hung my 4 prints after picking them up 2 weeks ago from these guys. What a great job they did at a price I was very happy with. I will definitely use there services again.

Just received my framed picture, will be using The Framed Picture Company again without hesitation, really nice quality frame and mount and great print quality. Had used other companies in the past will not be using those other companies again. Packaged extremely well and delivered fast. Looking forward to printing my next photo.
Not one for writing reviews very often but the service warrants one. Unfortunately, a framed family photo that I ordered for my father was not going to arrive on time due to a supply chain issue with the raw materials. I was quite unhappy with this and made it clear via email. I received a phone call straight away the next day from the company explaining the situation and exactly why there was a delay. They refunded the delivery fee and even offered to have it sent to Bruges at no extra cost to me, where the family gathering was taking place, which I thought was outstanding. Ultimately, it was sent to a different UK address and the photo and frame were of a top quality. For how this company rectified a situation that so many get wrong, and the quality of their product, they should be commended. Thank you Darta, your service was top notch!
Exceptional. Their website is very well designed and a breeze to use. They have a great range of frames and mounts and their vizualisation of your picture on the wall is an excellent touch. The quality of the framed picture is superb and the packaging, dispatch and notification is as good as any web based fulfillment I've ever used. Can't fault these guys.
Just received my first order from the Framed Picture Company. Very pleased with the quality of the print and framing. Carefully packaged too. Good value for money and I will use them again.

Unfortunately through no fault of their own the first framed picture arrived damaged. Without any hesitation a replacement was offered and thankfully arrived in perfect condition. The sign of a good company is how they behave when things go wrong not when things go perfectly. Thankfully these guys turned out to be a good one!
