Story

WELCOME TO THE FOUNDRY, PERTH: SHARE A PIECE OF HISTORY

They don't call it The Foundry for nothing. This atmospheric pub with its high pointed ceilings and cosy corners was converted from the ironworks that once stood here. Most of the fittings you see, from the welding masks, chains and ladders to the copper boiler that curves round one set of seats, were discovered on site. It's this authentic history that gives The Foundry its special character and that, along with good service, good food and good drink, accounts for its wide appeal, attracting everyone from pensioners to party goers, young couples and sports fans all through the week.

We have had a number of really tasty meals here. The food is always piping hot and the service is great.

Absolutely horrific place. The bartender chucked me and my family out within 20 minutes for accidentally spilling a drink. Would not go back, horrible rude staff who were incredibly immature about the situation. The only saving grace of that place is the bouncer Scott who was incredibly understanding and a light to follow in the incredible darkness of that awful pub. Would give 0 stars if i could. #thefoundrysucksass

It's a theme bar but nicely done. Great selection of draught lagers and ales. We had some nice pub food and the portions are hearty. Nice toilets, good staff and a popular covered smoking area out front, what's not to like....well dozens of TV screens if you don't like sports!
