Story

The Fontmell, in Fontmell Magna in Dorset, between Cranborne Chase and the Blackmore Vale has six beautiful bedrooms, the sort of bar you will never want to leave and a restaurant dining room that feels like a country house library.

The pub, formerly The Crown, has been extended to incorporate the Fontmell Brook stream which flows between the bar and the dining room. With the windows open the babbling water creates a serene environment in which to eat and relax.

The Fontmell is the perfect place to stay for a weekend away in Dorset or to accommodate friends who are visiting the area.
