Great food and drink. We didn't book a table but the friendly staff were able to find us one. We went on folk night where live music was being played which was a great atmosphere!

Fantastic views of the sunset over Chesil Beach. Lots of outdoor seating. Only a small area for dogs inside. Ran out of most of the menu by bank Holiday Monday.

Disgusting customer service. More than one our waiting between starters and mains. I should go to ask for the food tree times and the answer weren’t so grate. If you have a whole day to waste waiting, is a good place. Not recommended at all

Great lunch catching up with old friends. Blowing a hooley outside but Sat inside looking out on the very start of Chesil Beach with total blue sky as a view. Gorgeous. Unpretentious food but it hit the mark. I had starter portions of scallops with fried chorizo and garlic, and squid in breadcrumbs deep fried with lemon mayo. They were definitely both fresh as was Emma's whole sea bass with salad and new potatoes for £12.95. The staff were friendly and attentive. An extremely pleasurable 3 hrs spent in good company eating good food in an idyllic setting. I wouldn't hesitate to go back.

Nice food, the scallops are always delicious and the portions are huge. However, it's always a bit too busy for me when I go in. If it's for food, the busyness means service can be slow and occasionally orders are incorrect. If it's for drinks, can be difficult to get a seat anywhere and it's very jostly if you stand. But a bad pub but I don't find it a relaxing pub.
