Bunch of crooks, do not trust. Took our daughters bush tablet in as screen was cracked and swipe function would not work.Tablet bought last July and cost £80. Told screen repair would be £35 and take a week. Returned to shop following week to be told tablet not returned to store yet from being repaired. Following week went to pick tablet up to find charger port had been repaired instead of screen?!? Queried why and was told that charger port was faulty and we’d requested it be fixed. Wouldn’t mind but we’d already discussed the charger port with Pete in the shop and decided not to change as still worked, albeit a bit temperamental and to repair both screen and port would cost almost the same price as new tablet. Following mix up we were told they would replace screen at cost price and charged £30 for the charger port repair we didn’t want in the first place. Told to return today to wombwell shop- again tablet not back yet from repair shop. Found out we are to be charged £30 for screen replacement (apparent cost price as it hasn’t to be sent to Manchester for repair). So £60 I’m total repairs for an £80 tablet. Pete from wombwell store very unreasonable despite being incompetent and requesting the incorrect repair. Was told today by him that we would have our tablet back on Tuesday with the same cracked screen as we sent in 1 week ago. Not sure what they have been doing with it for a week if it’s still going to be cracked?? Unless gran planning on accidentally dropping it?? Rang Mexborough store to make complaint to manager 3 hours ago. Assured he would ring me with a resolution within 30 mins. Still awaiting a response. Very very poor customer service, very unreliable. Avoid at all costs.

Their service is the best, friendliest and efficient I have ever experienced, I took my sickly laptop for attention and had it back and working at full speed the same day! 5 stars isn't really enough! Will always recommend the lads at the Fone Home.

Customer service was Excellent unfortunately, the parts were cheap and broke a day later!

What a lovely man. Helpful despite the fact he was doing three or four things at once. i would use this place anytime I need a phone mending.
