left a review some time ago about a lovely guy that worked in your shop at Tesco, went back in yesterday to print some photos off, went on the machine and started the process as I have done in the past, no one come over to help me so I proceeded to carry on using the printing machine, any other time I have come in someone has been over to help me! printed the photos off for them to come out with a white stripe down the Side asked the girl who my husband found in the back on her phone what had happened she said I had printed them at the wrong size, which is fair enough but she was no where to be seen to ask for help, I asked her if I would have to pay for them  if I re printed them and she said yes, I found this really quite unfair as she never cometh help me nor was she to be seen when I arrived, her excuse was that she only works behind the counter not anywhere else in the photo shop. extremely disappointed in the service 4 pound later waste of money! dont know what happened to the other lovely staff that worked in there

Got help today from a lovely lady named Sky I think she said. So helpful and went above an beyond for customer service helped me with what I needed x

Called yesterday to print some photos, Adam was brilliant,he showed me how to download from my phone, very courteous and helpful,high quality of service, would highly recommend.

Highly recommend this place! I had a photo done and they couldn't be more helpful, I wanted a Canvas of my Grandkids and she was explaining the photo that i got wouldn't work with the size and print I wanted, she then told me to go with a Canvas because she can work it perfect, which she is it was a bit more expensive but she applied a discount so it would be the same price as the one I wanted, Thank you and will be returning very soon!!

Photographer not great at taking pictures of my toddler didnt have patience and unable to use skills to distract him from the bears to get a good picture only benefit is it was free. Great picture of my 9 year old.

I went to your Wath branch this morning and had a terrible experience due the total ignorance of your staff 2 females it was 10 20 before I could be served as the manageress had not yet turned up for work and the equipment couldn't be switched on to which the female that was there said not my problem when the so called manageress appeared she was obviously put about having to come to work I have my own business and have had for 26 years I wouldn't let those two run a tap for me let a lone my business think they need training in manners and people skills

I have recently used the shop at Wath upon Dearne and Kamila was very very helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend her.

Unfortunately the very helpful ladies in the store were let down by my order arriving wrong. And then taking 3 weeks to re send. Very poor.
