i bought some Arum lillies for my partner 2 weeks ago very nice thick stems presented nice. Then I ordered some flowers for my partners birthday Arum lillies the same the stems were thin they could not support the head of the flower wrapped in some sort of green paper. very disappointed all i can say is TESCO'S flowers are much better i will not be going there again
I live in Suffolk , and wanted to send flowers to my son and daughter in law on the birth of their baby girl. They now live in Ruskington. Found this shop searching online. Gave the lady a ring and was all sorted easily over the phone. Were delivered the next day. Beautiful, so pleased with them all round. Thank you for your great service.
Ordered flowers online yesterday from Co Durham to go to my sister who lives in Frieston, Lincs. Flowers were delivered today and they are beautiful. Sister is delighted with them. Would recommend and would certainly order again from them.
I ordered the classic sheaf with supp. of £10 for a bigger one for my mother's funeral. I was very disappointed to see that 2 days later they were half dead! also the size of the bouquet looked the same as the £45. I understand that you cannot predict the cold weather, but as Florists I should have been warned of this.. Not a satisfied customer.
I have purchased bouquets for my partner and mother several times from The Flower Shop. Always of a high standard and fantastic advice provided in the shop when you're not quite sure what to buy for the occasion.
Very disappointed with my flowers, only lasted 4 days, a present from my daughter, and son in law. I feel so sorry for them with the amount they paid for the bouquet .
