Good flower selection, however we ordered a designer bunch with the designers name clearly showing on the box on the website but received a plain black box instead detracting from the presentation and lowering the value feel substantially.

We wanted a modern colourful non-traditional hand tied tribute for a family member's funeral. Flowers by Suzanne were so helpful and patient in turning our vision into a stunning reality. I would highly recommend Flowers by Suzanne and cannot thank them enough.

When my wife first met Jen she knew that she wanted her to be our florist for our wedding day. Flowers are such a big part of your day and can make such a difference to the whole look and feel. My wife knew the style, colour and one key flower she wanted for our day but other than that we wanted to be completely guided of which Jen was excellent at. We felt we could put 100% trust in her, she listened and really took the time to understand exactly what we wanted giving advice and suggestions throughout. They even did a mock up of some of our table flowers for the day which was a lovely sneak peak and helped us work out our table spacings better. We could not have been happier on the day, Jen had exactly created the picture my wife had in her head. The flowers were perfect in condition and style and bought so much colour and warmth to our day. We recently saw our pictures for the first time, the flowers looked so beautiful. We could not recommend Flowers by Suzanne and Jen highly enough.

I have ordered flowers from Flowers By Suzanne on several occasions, and in each occasion I have been delighted by the quality of service they provide. In an era where great customer service seems to be a distant memory, it is refreshing to go into a retail store and get 100% of the attention of the individual that is serving you. The quality of the flowers are unmatched, and seem to last much longer than any other flowers that may have been purchased elsewhere. I would wholeheartedly recommend Flowers By Suzanne to anyone wanting a simple bunch of flowers, a full wedding flower service or a regular corporate flower order.
