I had dinner and stayed over night. The food was excellent; I had sea bass for dinner and it was beautifully cooked. In the morning I had shakshouka but there was a good selection of breakfast choices. My room was great, very clean with loads of space and I slept well.Food: 5/5
I was in Sheffield visiting a friend but still needing to work. This place was suggested so for two days I was there from 10am to 5pm and had the most productive Thursday and Friday ever. Great staff that leave you to it, great atmosphere, music at good volume and tempo. And the views are amazing. Will be back and highly recommend for anyone in the area looking to change their scenery.
What a fantastic venue! I was asked to book a venue with outside space for a retirement celebration for a colleague and can hands down say that The Florentine was the perfect space! From start to finish, the communication from the staff has been amazing and they couldn't do enough to help with our specific requirements. I can't fault them On the evening of the event, I arrived slightly early and was immediately shown where the food would be served, areas for people to gather, and the requested outdoor seating space that had been specifically requested for the booking. As it turned out, the people attending were more than happy with the air circulation in the main bar area this had to be considered due to the health of one of the event guests so opted not to be seated outdoors. Despite the change to plan, the staff were very understanding and were more than happy for us to use the bar area for our gathering. We had a small buffet as part of our celebration and the quality and presentation of the food was excellent! There was plenty available and the choices provided were very fresh and appetising. I'm not sure there was a scrap of food left at the end of the evening! Overall, I can't praise the venue and the staff enough; everything was outstanding! I will 100% be recommending The Florentine to everyone I know now Massive thanks to the staff for making our event such a relaxed and enjoyable experience.
We're regulars here, and every visit is a delight. The food, drinks, and service are consistently top-notch. Plus, with two lovely dining spaces available for booking, it's perfect for larger groups, especially those with little ones. Big thanks to the whole team for always making our time here so wonderful! Vegetarian options: Pizzas & Veg Sunday Roast are excellent. Kid-friendliness: The kids meals here are fab and there are good veggie options too. Wheelchair accessibility: Very accomodating.
I was on a business trip with two other colleagues. We really liked the pub/restaurant ambience and the rooms were cute, clean and great. The food was simply awesome, be it breakfast or dinner. The service was very friendly. Absolutely recommended!

Had my Mother-in-laws wake here and everything was perfect! Communication before the event was faultless. On the day, the staff were helpful, polite and nothing was too much trouble, especially Craig who was working on the bar that afternoon. The food was lovely, hot, well presented and very tasty, there was something for everyone. A resounding 10/10. Thanks for everything you did. Phil & Catherine.
Just 3 friends meeting for a catch up! We received a very warm welcome on arrival. The food was excellent and we had amazing service from Lindy! The atmosphere was perfect, background music was good and at a level that didn’t affect our conversations. Good food, great value for money and a very welcoming atmosphere. We will definitely be back! Parking: Plenty of free parking!
Had the goats cheese pizza - amazing!! Went as part of a large group of 13 - service excellent and all meals served at same time. All the party thoroughly enjoyed their meals. Will definitely visit again, thank you for a lovely afternoon.Food: 5/5
We had a lovely meal and all opted for the Sunday roasts. There were plenty of options and cane with a good selection of vegetables, roast potatoes, yorkshire pudding and gravy. We were served by Steve who was very attentive and looked after us well. Would highly recommend as it is a lovely place
