What a cracking pub with a bus service to Leeds and Dewsbury outside! Warm friendly welcome and quality ale make this place a worthy entry into the 2024 Good Beer Guide. 3 regular cask ales plus 1 guest.Service: 5/5

Popped in whilst passing, was welcomed by a lovely clean fresh smell on entering and a happy bubbly lady behind the bar.Opted for a pint of landlords which was spot on. Sat outside front which was well kept, and pots of flowers blooming..walked round back , and wow, that is the best beer garden iv ever seen , cushioned benches plenty of tables , nice undercover section and NOT one dirty ashtray in sight..Cracking pub & a cracking pint, thank you for your hospitality.
