My fish has arrived, thank you very much. First I want to tell you that every piece was very good and with special attention packed separately, every piece extra clean, secondly, very fresh fish and very tasty, and thirdly, if I could rank you with 10 on Google, I would rank you with 10, you do your job very well, that's how customers are maintained and new ones are acquired. I would order again next time. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
Placed an order online for some smoked haddock ,mussels and some arbroath smokies they were delivered on my chosen date and wow they did not dissapoint. They were the best I've ever tasted the mussles were fresh and meaty as was the fish and such good quality.I was sceptical about ordering fresh ingredients online but they were absolutely unreal . Just a really great experience allround .Will definitely be ordering again. Thankyou.
Absolutely brilliant service from everyone, especially Laura who went more than that extra mile. After delivery problems Laura kept in touch and sort my issue out, it was a lovely surprise to receive this level of service, helpful and reassuring NOT rude, ignorant and uncaring. The fish is something else! Would highly recommend and definitely be ordering from again
Great service. Lovely friendly staff and delicious fresh shellfish! Barely any waste among the mussels, among 2 kg nets, I threw away 5 that were cracked or broken. Great value. Will definitely be back.
Be Alert - fish grossly underweight!!! Cod pieces advertised at between 180 and 200 grms, but we received 4 out 6 pieces well below the minimum weight at between 143 and 171 gms. TFP only willing to compensate up to the minimum weight of 180 gms. A pitiful response given that they insist on photos of each piece being weighed in order to accept a claim. Not worth the agro!
Delivery arrived on time and the scallops were fantastic. Best quality we've had outside of a restaurant. Can't wait to have the monk fish cheeks tommorow. Good value for what we got and will definitely be using them again.
I’d advise against purchasing mussels. The bag we got consisted of about 1/4 of broken/dead mussels and quite a few which didn’t open most likely dead. Considering the prices I’d expect better results than that. Fish is generally okay though quality has somewhat declined of late. A lot of products are charged at quite a premium.
The side of salmon that we ordered from you for Christmas was fantastic. The quality and flavour of the salmon we thought was the best we had ever had. The ordering and delivery service was really easy and clear so we knew what we were getting and it was delivered on the due date well packed preserving the beautiful fish in excellent condition. We will be back for more.

UPDATE: I did email the company when I received the order and received a response within a few hours. They explained the error with the sea bass was because a new member of staff had picked my order and given me the whole fish instead of the fillet. They have also taken on board the comment about the thickness of the tuna fillet and whether they should perhaps take the larger sides and halve them in order to make thicker fillets. They have offered me a discount on a future purchase and refunded the sea bass. As a result, I’ve revised my rating upwards to a 4, because the customer service response was excellent, and they at least seem willing to address things for the future. Should I order again, I’ll see whether a smoother experience justifies taking them up to the full five stars. My first order with this company and likely to be my last. If I order a fillet, I don’t want to receive a whole fish. I wanted a large fillet of sea bass to make sushi, so sending me a whole fish to fillet myself, that will only get me smaller fillets does not help me achieve what I wanted. Also, if you buy sushi grade tuna fillets from them, be prepared for them to arrived as a fairly thin slice: too thick for sashimi or sushi, but not thick enough to slice yourself to turn them into sushi or sashimi. So yes, I have fish. I will somehow have to make this work. But I am very unhappy with what I have been sent and the impact it will have on what was supposed to be a special birthday meal.
