Just this minute received my order and I’m writing this review rather than eating this ‘chicken kebab’ this is by far the worst ‘kebab’ if you can call it that. If it isn’t upto to par remove it from your menu putting it straight in the bin… the chips were wrapped to early and they are now all stuck together. Will avoid and not recommend to anyone in the future.

I’m fuming !!!!! So I orders me fish and chips with a portion of roe and a saveloy.nIt was at this point when the young lad on the till didn’t know what Roe was and couldn’t find it on the til I knew my order was destined to be doomed.nI asked the lad to please put plenty of salt and vinegar on my fish and chips as I’m staying at my caravan and I know there’s none there I could see he was still daydreaming so I thought I’d repeat myself for the second time knowing it hadn’t registered the first time , after repeating for the second time I could see that it still hadn’t registered so I told the young lady who seemed to be shadow him to please put salt and vinegar on my chips please I’m sneaking off to the brace for a cheeky half , she  seemed switch on so I was confident after the 3rd request that my salt and vinegar would be applied as requested.nSo you know what’s coming next don’t you !!!nNot my salt and vinegar that’s for sure , got home to my caravan to find that my 3 requests had not been salted and zero vinegar as well .nHow can a fish and chip establishment miss the most important ingredient of the said meal I ask you review readers this , would you have eggs without bacon , gin without tonic , horse without a cart , a clock with no hands !!!! I will absolutely not be returning to this fishy establishment ever again !!!! The staff need to salt themselves out I’ve had the worst meal ever never again I wish I had read the reviews

Received my order but noticed the amount of chips were somewhat lacking. I ordered regular chips 18oz. I weighed the portions of chips and they measured at 12oz including the paper. Called to inform them, I was told they would come and collect the order and redo it quite frankly I wouldn't trust it to be tampered with after complaining, or receive a refund and they come and collect the order. We already had to wait a fair amount of time for the order and the chips were cold and it was too late to order from elsewhere. We have been loyal customers to the Fish Inn for the last few years, with regular orders. However we won't be ordering again due to the awful customer service and the portion sizes are obviously mislabeled and over priced. They have lost a regular customer.

Never had an issue with the Fish Inn. Food always hot and tasty. Never long delivery. When they had run out of something they called to ask if I wanted to add something else. Great customer service. Dogs love their sausages too so it’s great :

Good fish and chips. You might have to wait a while though as they get lots of phone orders so if you're in the shop you can get overlooked. Good service from the staff. Make sure you wear a coat as It gets very cold in there as one door is constantly open.
