Family Pizza has the best pizza In Clacton! Always 5 stars! Great value ! Fresh tasty toppings ! Love the pizza base , I always buy the deep pan. Friendly and Fast delivery service, I have always been happy with the food, We would usually buy one of the deals until a couple of times the chips were rock hard so we stopped ordering the chips but the pizza was always awesome, until tonight we ordered deep pan but it must of been thin crust we received ? it was like cardboard the crust was nearly burnt and hard the cheese and base was cold and really rubbery. For the first time I was very disappointed, I am hoping they were extremely busy or something?
Went to family pizza it was very clean and very easy to order small pizza is soo nice and weches are very nice Vegetarian options: Good food
As always, the food from here was awesome however, ordered the half rack of ribs tonight as a side, portion was ridiculously small for £4.50. Pizzas are perfect, but the ribs I will not be ordering again
Since my mate told me about his experience with Family Pizza, they have been my family's default take away option. They have a good range of pizza's, fresh ingredients, perfectly cooked each time, and kitchen staff DO pay special attention to any special instructions. I'd definitely recommend their chicken strips. Seriously they are crispy, juicy, fried to perfection! Their chocolate chip cookies? Delicious! They're also really good value compared to Domino's or Papa John's. Best of all, they deliver fast. I mean REALLY fast. I think at one point I got my food within 12 minutes of ordering online!

So we order 2 pizzas they come wrong they also come really flat and hardly any cheese.this was after the price increase which they eventually put back down again.so we order the following day and just explain wrong order and make a point of saying please get this one right.so it comes thin crust we asked deep pan and they try to trick me with flavourless ham instead of bacon .there pizza dough looks like it's been driven over by a steamroller. This business has gone down hill

I live in London and have wide access to many pizza places. This place is better then most pizza in London. They deliver super quick and the pizza always comes fresh and hot very quickly.
The best pizza I've had for along time . I normally order from pizza hut with a 50% discount. Family pizza clacton were cheaper without any discount. All 3 pizzas we had were tasty fresh with toppings right to the edge. My wife normally leaves the dry edges but all was eaten and no waste. Brilliant service so all in all 10 out if 10. Many thanks Phil.
