Very impressed with the technical knowledge of the staff and the time they spent making sure that we had all the information to make an informed choice about the type of fire and surround.  Quality of installation was excellent and we are delighted with our new fire and fireplace. An outstanding service.

Very helpful staff.  A range of stoves/burners in the store. I would have liked one or two set up with an exposed pipe so we could see what it looked like. Quick quote. Valuable professional advice.
