Lovely host Jo was so welcoming. Rooms spotlessly clean .  All linens top quality and breakfast also of excellent quality. Would definately recommend this B&B.

Everything about this B&B is excellent. Jo is a wonderfully friendly host and is very welcoming. We were given fresh coffee and delicious home made cakes when we arrived after our long car journey which was very well received. Our room was well equipped and immaculately clean. There was so much to choose from at breakfast and all needs are catered for. I particularly enjoyed the veggie breakfast and homemade bread. The Fernery is in a great location in Lynton - the cliff railway, local shops and restaurants are all within a few minutes walk. A carpark is located nearby and parking rates are very reasonable. Additionally, the Fernery is an absolutely beautiful building.
Without a doubt this is the nicest B&B I've ever stayed in. I wholeheartedly recommend the Fernery to anyone looking for somewhere to stay in Lynton or Lynmouth and will definitely be returning.

Sehr charmantes, sauberes und ausgezeichnet geführtes Bed & Breakfast. 'Haben gut und entspannt geschlafen. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und reichhaltig. Die "Landlady" war sehr hilfreich.
