Not a good choice of beers just the one. In games side on bar was 2 plates of dried out sandwiches

Friendly pub feel very welcoming

I enjoyed many pints in here over the years. Most of the real ales and beers were excellent. Bar games and the players gave some atmosphere as did the sports on television. The pub is fairly close to the bus station. The market is nearby.
