Great food Great staff exceptionally cleanFood: 5/5
I was surprisingly shocked at how tasty and fresh the food was, staff were absolutely spot on. Girlfriend got fish and mash and I got crispy chicken wrap with curry sauce, sides of onion rings and garlic bread were superb. Kid-friendliness: My son is 7 and had a good choice of food was happy to colour in and there were many children around with a good atmosphere.

We celebrated our friends 60th birthday here at The Exchange. We were offered the seating area at the back and it was perfect for our party of 37. Nicola and staff couldn't have been more accommodating from start to finish. Upon arrival, the tables had been made up with table covers, candles banners and balloons. Perfect. If you are ever looking for a venue for a celebration I would highly recommend here. Thank you Nicola and everyone involved for a great day/night

Went with my niece & great nephew, very busy as over Easter Weekend but staff behind bar still smiling & helpful. Food not bad, have had better in there but as I said very busy Easter Weekend.Food: 4/5
I've been to the Exchange many times for coffee, lunch and for dinner. The staff have always been friendly in the past, it's clean and had a good atmosphere. This is my first visit since they changed the menu/chef. My friend and I had Fish and chipsme & Chicken Enchilada friend. The fish was absolutely awful, I had to peel the very thick tempora batter off to even see the fish I wish I taken a picture The sauce in the enchilada was like a jar of salsa with cubed tough chicken. When the chap came to take the plates away, he asked how it was, when we said poor, he turned his nose up and disappeared. We didn't have drinks so can't review prices etc. It was noisy and very busy, even at 6pm. Disappointed customers!
We eat here about once a month and have the pensioners lunch. The food is freshly cooked and great value. We love the fish tea.Food: 5/5
