This used to be a great place for take-away, but last time I turned up 5 minutes before it was supposed to be ready, only to have to wait a further 30 minutes for the food to arrive. No apology either, just a shrug when the staff member looked up from her phone despite me asking for an explanation of the delay, which just leaves a bad taste in my mouth. Sorry Emperor, my business will be going elsewhere from now on.
The staff were very friendly and attentive and the boss came to discuss the menu because I had mentioned I was gluten intolerant. The food was excellent well cooked and very tasty . We enjoyed the first time experience and will visit again in the near future
Very good food of the highest quality. Not many restaurants like this one left as they still do everything in the traditional way. Definitely great value for money. Don't take my word for it, just try their Sesemea Prawn Toast.
Lovely food, as for the staff, I nearly got a paper cut when they snatched the menu out of my hand!!! And be careful they don't wrap you up amongst the tablecloth when they're clearing the tables. Ignorance off the scale
Very nice staff in the restaurant. Maybe the food is a bit over-priced but it is a nice place to take friends and families.
Food is decent but can get a bit rowdy in here. Good for large groups but I wouldn't go here for a romantic meal!
Very nice food, and the waitresses were attentive on our visit. It does need a little bit of a facelift, though
Really good food and great place to eat in. Ihad some really good nights there especially the Elvis night also great value for money.
Food was very good but service was a bit chaotic. Didn't seem to cope very well with our party of 14.
