Used just eat for the 1st time due to an op unable to drive and 2 hungry kids! 1.5 hours waited for food to be delievered called 3 times, it was very busy I was told... no apology just fed more delivery times that didn’t happen! Then it was delivered to the wrong house, so glad for kind neighbours! Food was stone cold and disgusting Kids were to hungry to care, I called them up again wasn’t his fault apparently I asked if it was mine... he said no.. I gave up and hung up no offer of partial refund, nothing! Will not be using generous or just eat again, and if you want decent customer service, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!

I am not able to leave zero stars so one will have to do. We spent 24.40 on two kebabs and one burger with chips. We ordered one doner kebab and one chicken kebab. Both came as doner. Both came without salad. When phoning the place the owner lied and said that we hadn’t even ordered chicken doner when we simply had. If they are on Facebook, I will prove it there. He refused to send out the right food quoting 45minutes delivery time because he says he is too busy. Sorry pal but if it were my business, I would send the first available driver to fix errors, that’s called building a business and reputation. In the end we gave up and boned the kebabs, we are now hoping to claim back from just eat. Bad food, bad attitude, avoid like the plague!

The Chicken is great value and the owners are great at customer service! Sometimes a wait bit always fresh! Worth it.
