Emphasis on manners & respect, fresh air instead of screen time.nnSEN & social / emotional support is outstanding.nnGenuinely nurtures every child, and provides an environment where they can be their best. All schools say it, but the Elms really does have an uncanny ability of finding & developing each child’s talent whether it’s sporting, artistic or academic.nnThe Elms has been transformational for my child.nnHighly recommend a visit to experience the Magic for yourself.
Simply the best start for children of all abilities. Nurturing all children to the best of their ability be it to a top public school if that’s what they wish. Wouldn’t consider any other school for our girls of very different abilities. The farm, swimming pool and equestrian are unrivalled. Can’t recommend highly enough
Our son has loved the Elms from the first day he started in January 2019. We could not think of any other school for him to attend. The Elms is a organic school amongst its piers. The Montessori platform appealed to us and works for the children of EYPP. The teachers and staff make the school what it is. Our son just loves seeing them every morning. You have to visit the Elms to understand its appeal and magic. You'll never want to leave.
My children have been at The Elms for only 1 year, I can honestly say it is such a wonderful school. We couldn't ask for more. The children adore their teachers, Mrs Alami, Mrs Kirby, Mrs Girling and Mrs Finney are truly amazing. My children run to hug them every morning and can't wait to start their day. Woodland Challenge is one of their favourite activities to do. The grounds are spectacular. The parent group have been so friendly, the children from all different years know each other well. There is always an event to go to, whether it's a school play or Hay-Day or Elmsfest. My children could not be happier here.
This is the most wonderful school. We moved halfway across the country to send our boys here and we are not alone. Totally unique and our boys are absolutely thriving. If you are considering a rural prep school this is a must-visit school.
