Rarely go to the doctor's but needed an appointment on Tuesday and was given one the same day, also managed to get a prescription today, only requested in the afternoon. Amazing service, we are very lucky to be able to access services so quickly very different for my partner in Stevenage who was told his emergency blood test would be fast tracked - 10 days later!

I have always had excellent care at The Elms. The new system of booking an appointment is brilliant. It means you don’t always have to see a doctor and if you do, an appointment is made over the phone very quickly. Recently I had an issue with my repeat prescription and thanks to Alison this was sorted very quickly. Keep up the good work.

All Receptionists are brilliantly Trained, helpful understand and take their time to Help ie PatientnCompletely recommend this Pratice of Oustanding Doctors Nurses, front and Back Staff.nNew Doctors plus Established Dr's all use the Modern Texting to update with photo's with written recovery progress. SO COMPLETELY PRAISE THE SERVICE OFFERED & RECIEVED,nsince 1972 to 2023 and the Future, so I have no plans in Changing.nnThankyou + Choc Labs

I have today put the new way of getting an appointment to the test and it was brilliant.  So easy to do and the reply was given in a matter of hours and an appointment given for Wed this week.
