In passing I walked into there Edinburgh shop and tried the body lotion on my hands. I left without purchasing because it seemed a bit greasy at first, however, it absorbed quickly and my hands stayed amazingly soft the remainder of the day with only one application. I made a special trip back the next day and purchased the day face cream and lavender body cream. Although a bit greasy when first applied it soaks in quickly leaving your skin super soft throughout the day. Great lotions!
Horrible products. So greasy and don't absorb. Hand cream bar has horrible chemical smell not essential oils. Face cream was filmy and greasy and left my skin dry. Shampoo is awful. I used it 6 times and gave up as my hair was so oily!
Brilliant face moisturiser,seems pricy but the creams come In a glass jar and it lasts such a long time. The face serum adds an extra layer of protection. Just tried the oil cleanser it smells Devine and works a treat. All products natural. Highly recommend.
They do not respond to emails. I ordered in December and my item still hasn’t arrived. They communicated that they would respond in 48 hours, and never followed up. I’ll have to process a fraudulent charge with my bank. Their business practices are very upsetting.
Hey this is my first time buying from here, I wanted skin care that was all natural and this is exactly what that is. I moisturize my face and body everyday but mostly after a shower, and even though I used so many different products my skin still didn't feel soft or hydrated, I used scrubbers, oils, vitamin creams, Notting worked,I started using this product a month ago and I swear my skin is so soft, no ruff patches, and it feels amazing. I would highly recommend, I am buying my second body lotion

I use their hand cream and in last years I have never found a better one. I really don't understand some comments posted here before. Of course is greasy - it's made of natural beeswax and essential oils. Yes, the bar is small but it last for long. I use it just twice a day and effect is much better then cheaper creams, which are so ineffective I must use them few times a day. I think it is very good, natural product worth its price. It all depends if ingredients are important to you. If you prefer to use creams full of parabens and other harmful substances yes, they will not be greasy and probably cheaper - then this product if not for you. Excellent baby creams as well.
No response to emails, nor do they answer the phone. Happy to take customer's money but don't bother about sending items. Shockingly poor service. If I'd known how bad this company are I'd have spent my money with other better companies, I thought it would be nice to support a local company. Big mistake. Eventually had to open a PayPal resolution which, surprise, was settled very swiftly.
I purchased the solid hand cream bar 'Golden rosewood'. I read the reviews which were glowing so was looking forward to receiving it. Delivery was fairly slow but I had qualified for free postage so not complaining. The packaging was excessive, a sturdy box and paper packaging so no plastic, but 6x the size of tin. The tin is as advertised and very handy. The bar of lotion is very pretty with the bee imprint no honey in description so not sure why that design. The smell is overpoweringly strong and may well not to be some people's taste. The bar lists at least 8 strongly scented ingredients so I should have expected this! I like the feel of the cream, it isn't sticky, absorbs fairly quickly and feels silky and smooth. Can't speak for the longevity but it is solid so should last a while. Overall a nice idea and a nice gift idea. I do however believe the bar is very small for the price. It measures 2.5" by 1.5". If it were to at least fill the tin I would be much more likely to repurchase, especially if there were some less fragrant options such as honey & oat?
Great delivery and packaging. The bar smells amazing and works like a charm. I have to say, all the reviews about the shampoo bars thats what every shampoo bar is like. The first 3 uses of any shampoo bar cause a detox phase where you're hair gets greasier and eventually your body adjusts. Its shampoo bar 101 and completely not this companies fault! If you can't commit to learn the shampoo bar method don't attempt it because you will be disappointed. Fantastic job guys keep it up
