Excellent hairdressers

I have now tried every hairdressing salon in North Berwick. I thought I was onto a winner with Carol Morin. Carol is a very good cutter and, when she puts her mind to it, an all-round very good stylist. However, she runs three or four clients at the same time and therefore loses track of what you are having done. A full head of foils and a cut (on short hair) will take 4 hours, absolutely no exageration. This is because Carol is so busy with all of her other clients, the phone, tidying shelves, going home for lunch ... she treats the clients very badly with no courtesy at all. Her time management is very bad and she'll think nothing of keeping you waiting for over an hour before even taking you to the chair. As far as costs go, there doesn't seem to be a standard rate; for the same treatment every 8 weeks the cost would be anywhere between 55 and 75 pounds. After two years, and unable to cope with Carol's moods and whims any longer, I feel there is no choice but to go into Edinburgh for the service and standard that I desire.
