This is an excellent hotel.  Everything is very well done.  I would like to recommend eating in the restaurant and have Louis Luis look after you. We connected as we are from Canada and Blue Jays fans.  He knows all about the Blue Jays and he made us feel so comfy and welcomed in the hotel.  Ask for him if you are from Canada.

Excellent 5 Star hotel in Derry city. Just beside the peace bridge within walking distance of the main town and historical areas. Great food and staff are excellent with fabulous reception staff and even better dinning staff. A credit to beautiful Derry.

My wife done a second time facial treatment at the spa by JOT and she's absolutely thrilled! She said it was the best therapy she's ever experienced, and she received amazing skincare guidance. I've never seen a therapist do such a great job. My wife is very happy and her skin is glowing. Thanks jot

Check-in took quite a while.  3 Three spaces for people to check people in.  Only 1 one had a person doing it.  The room was decent.  Comfortable bed, and view was good.  The breakfast had a nice variety of foods and beverages available.  And the walk across Peace Bridge, to the inside of the Walled City was easy.  Did not get a chance to test out any of the Spa Treatments, etc.  Next time..

Stayed in the hotel on Monday night, such an amazing experience. Staff service was exceptional, all staff very pleasant and saying hello to us, making sure all our needs where met and very friendly and professional. Our room was very clean and with an amazing view, sleep was 10/10 with very comfortable bed. Breakfast the next morning was delicious with a very wide selection and beautiful window seat. Recommend to anyone and will definitely be back!!
