Fantastic stay, we did the Friday Fizz package for my husband's birthday. From arrival every single member of staff we interacted with were fantastic, the rooms were comfortable and the food was wonderful. Didn't have enough time to try out the spa so will have to return!
We stayed for a wedding close by and the staff couldnt be more helpful. Bags were brought to the room, reception staff were fabulous, bar staff were so friendly as were the room service staff. Lots of breakfast options in the morning and staff were very helpful in the spa. Overall a brilliant stay and would definitely recommend! Our room did not have a view so would definitely be worth the small amount extra for the upgrade!
This is the best hotel stay we've had in ages. On arrival Laura gave us the friendliest welcome then upgraded us to the suite in room 201.nnThe room was incredible, views of the peace bridge, Foyle river and Ebrington square. The suite has 2 entrances and that's it's one downfall. Soundproofing needs to be better to door of bedroom to area at lifts. It's very loud all morningnnWe had lunch in the bar, sweet chilli chicken and chowder and a couple of drinks each. Bill was over £60 which we were a bit shocked at.nnThe bar is very nice, comfortable and luxurious. The bar staff are brilliant at cocktail making. Mojito, cosmo and whiskey sour are excellentnnWe had dinner in stitch n weave which is hardly 100m away. The bar in hotel had live music which was excellent too and great relaxed atmospherennI got to the spa early sat morning and almost had it to myself. Really relaxing, the pool is warm and has built in loungers.nSteam and sauna are great and spa area is lovelynnBreakfast was top class. You can order to the table or take from the plentiful fresh buffet. Coffee could be better though. Very professional machines in the hotel but bean to cup machine used instead. Even if there was an option of a barista coffee would be nicennA five star review sometimes seems fake but I can't wait to go back to this hotel. The buzz of Ebrington square is so cool. There was a sporting event, local cafes and restaurants and loads out walking / socializing. What a great part of DerrynnFinally a word to the staff. They are brilliantly trained, so polite and courteous. Genuinely friendly. The concierge gerry is brilliant too
We had our wedding here last week and when I say it was the best weekend of our lives, the staff here had a lot to do with it.nnEverything was perfection from the location to the food. Kim was fantastic along with Deepak who made sure everything was to perfection. Every single guest has said how they loved the day and how amazing the staff were. Also the duck starter was a real hit and everyone spoke about how the meat for the mains just melted in their mouths.nnNot to forget Gerry, what a guy. Every time we have been down he has always treated us with the upmost respect.nnThe massage in the spa was 10/10. The whole spa is just beautiful.nnWe also booked the cocktail bar for night 2 and the location was fabulous!!nMy daughter even shed a few tears having to leave, we had the best weekend ever!nnHonestly ebrington staff thank you so much. We have found our place and will be back
Went for a day spa today with two friends and had the most amazing experience. The hotel and spa were absolutely beautiful, and the heavenly scent throughout the hotel made it feel even more relaxing from the moment we arrived.nnThe manager Stella, couldn’t have been more helpful — she explained all the treatments thoroughly and assisted us throughout the thermal . My therapist, Jot, was incredible at her job and the treatments were pure bliss.nnWe had a fantastic time and will definitely be back!
