From the moment we stepped in through the doors, meeting Emma at reception til check-out time, our stay at the Ebrington was fantastic. The staff were first class, friendly, efficient, and very accommodating. Nothing was a bother. Our room was very brilliant, spotless with beautiful views. The staff at breakfast time were amazing also. Overall, this was a very relaxing and pleasant stay at the Ebrington hotel and highly recommended.
A beautiful moder hotel built in what used to be a British Army barracks. The hotel has all the mod cons you could want but has decor that evokes a feeling of timeless elegance. I had an excellent massage from Jenna while here that really helped my neck. The breakfast is plentiful and good, and the service at every point, from front desk to restaurant, is friendly, helpful, and excellent. I'll definitely be back.
We stayed last night at the Ebrington Hotel, my parents bought an overnight stay with dinner and breakfast for myself and my husband and babysat our 5 children so it was a treat even getting away!nThis was my first time at the hotel and it was exceptional! The rooms were beautiful, had everything we needed and the bed was so comfortable! The scent when you walk into the hotel!!!!! What is it!!! It was amazing, also the scent in the rooms, cannot describe it.nWe walked over the bridge to town, lovely short walk and a gorgeous crisp sunny winter day. We returned to the corner bar for some lovely cocktails and a hot whiskey for the husband and the darts world championship was on, when it was time to go for our dinner in the restaurant the lovely waiter Chris couldn’t do enough for us, we changed our booking to eat in the bar so we could continue watching the darts which he sorted out and found us a great table in front of the TV, our drinks were replenished continually, we enjoyed our complimentary Prosecco and made fast friends with others in the bar. The staff are all exceptionally friendly and attentive but a special shout to Chris in the corner bar who went above and beyond!nThe breakfast was gorgeous I was fit to burst the pastries and cooked breakfast amazing. I can genuinely not think of any constructive feedback. We didn’t get to go to the spa as I hadn’t booked it in time but it looks gorgeous and I will definitely be back to try it out. Well done to all the wonderful staff on creating such a perfect stay!!!
Facilities and venue is lovely. Hundreds of people there you would think they would put our decent wine but it was nearly undrinkable. Food was good. Service of drinks was slow so allot of time was spent waiting at the bar .nPlus lovely cigar box was enticing but it's for show and no cigars were in it nReview edit:- our group just bought more wine and left yours. No one wants to complain and just wants a good time, it's a party and should be right in the first place.nWe asked for cigars and were told there were none and the box was for show.
A group of 13 of us stayed last weekend and the staff were excellent at reception. I got an upgrade and loved my room. The others thought their rooms were okay. We booked to eat in the restaurant that evening and we waited nearly 2 hours for our food and it was not what we were expecting from this hotel. We couldn't even finish it after waiting that long. Very disappointing after spending a lot of money.
