The burger was absolutely amazing, I cannot wait until we go back again. The millionaire fries which have bacon and truffle cheese is pure heaven. There is also a beef gravy which is delicious. Next time I will be having a full 3 course meal. They also know how to make a good Old-Fashion cocktail. Parking: Approx 20 parking spaces visible at the front there may be more spaces available at the side / rear of building.
Great meal, ambiance lovely, staff were extremely helpful especially Harleynew staff member as we had two bills on our table so we could use the offer vouchers. He was polite, helpful and brought out my dessert with a candle for my birthday Extremely good value..especially with the online offer. Already booked to go back. Parking: Plenty of space. Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of ways in and ease to move around. Also staff amenable to us bringing our own ramp for access to the conservatory area for a large party at Christmas if they haven’t got the other accessible area available.
My girlfriend and I went to here for dinner and we absolutely loved it! Its not the typical pub, id say its much better and cleaner! The service is amazing! Peggy the lady that took care of us gave us a service worth more than 5 stars! The food was delicious, we both ordered the cheeseburgers and they were on point! Juice, tasty and proper meat!
Lovely pub just off the main roads. Traditional build nice and comfy inside. Went for Sunday dinner. Food and service were good. Reasonable sized portions and priced well Had the Sunday trio of meats whilst the wife had the sea bass. Wheelchair accessibility: Mostly all on one level and wide doors
First time, great time, Absolutely recommend, all staff friendly and polite, quality food. A big thank you to Harley and all as we had a great evening.
Food was great quality and very tasty. We were a party of 7 including 2 children. Adults all had roast dinners which everyone enjoyed. Beef, chicken and pork were all extremely tasty. Children's food was equally good, the sliders and pasta went down a treat. Service was very good and food arrived promptly. I can't think of any improvements so please just keep up the great work. Our visit was for a birthday so I was thrilled that everything was great and everyone enjoyed the experience.
My husband and I had a fabulous meal last night. The food was delicious and all the staff were really friendly and helpful. Our waiter was Harley who worked really hard and we were surprised to learn that he had only been working at The Dukes Head for four weeks. We wish him every success in his career. Thank you for a brilliant evening , we will definitely be back soon. Parking: Plenty of space in a well lit car park
Having had a table there tonight for 5 which was actually our Christmas meal celebration a little late but we are all in the Restaurant trade, we had a fabulous time. The first time I've been to this place and it definitely will be a new place to go to for me. The staff were great and the lady manager in a cream suit jacket was also great. She served me drinks at the bar and bid us all farewell. A lovely touch. Thankyou for making our evening a very good one.
Had lunch with friends at The Dukes Head in Billericay today! It’s safe to say that we will 100% be back! We had the lovely Harley as our server and me and my friends all agreed we would be back because of him and the food! He made our day perfect and his is service was ! He couldn’t do enough for me and my friends. Food was amazing also. Highly Recommend this place. We will be back very soon! Thank You Harley and the rest of the team that made our day amazing
Nice dinner, portions just right, not too small, especially if your having starters and or afters. Fair price in this age of everything goi g up. Atmosphere was nice, no loud music so you can have a conversation and hear yourself think. Staff were attentive and pro active. This was my first visit in 5 years, I would certainly recommend and frequent again. Keep up the good work. Thank you Kid-friendliness: Children friendly and Dogs so all the family are welcome
