Great pub with friendly service. Very welcoming as I visited the area! Only criticism is that the beer garden was full of dog poo. Shame as other than the steps made with trepidation the ambiance was great.Service: 4/5

Fantastic place The owners have amazing taste and style Keep their prices at a good rate Great atmosphere All round great place to eat or for a night out Great selection of live music options as well, from band night, to karaoke to open mike night... Always lots going on Great selection of drinks on offer And the food is always of great quality as well.  Kid-friendliness: Everyone welcome! Kids do have to be out by a certain time but that's standard.

A nice homely pub with good service, the pint of Blacksheep was very nice. I had not heard of Skelton village before, I must admit. I did not have time for food as we only stayed for 1 drink. As we had to continue our walk, but would defo like to return one day.Service: 4/5

Was lovely pub..although there was someone near us smoking a vape and felt she shouldn't have been ..but the place is fab lovely n quirky ..food was lovely and there was a band in which was a treat...wod recomend..if they sorted the vapes outFood: 5/5

They've really done a great job with the beer garden. They now have an outside bar area with a covered seating area and loads of outdoor tables. Staff are great doing table service at the moment and are really quick to get you to a table and get drinks.
