I have had such a positive experience with Downlands. From the receptionists to the doctors, everyone has been so helpful and supportive. Special thanks to Dr Javaid for her quick and attentive support when it was most needed.

I saw my GP today, Dr. Mahvesh Javaid, and I cannot speak highly enough of her care, advice and kindness.nDr. Javaid gave me plenty of time, she listened attentively, answered my questions thoroughly and made me feel cared.nThank you so so much Dr. Javaid.

Such an improvement from 6 months ago in the whole process using the website logging through to arranging appointment or telephone discussion. Face to face appointments are so much easier to get. Well done Downlands as nailed it at the moment.

I feel like receptionists are not good enough. From 8.30am I was calling, when get a call someone told me to please hold as they need to check but they cut off my line . How difficult it was, then I need to call again.I was calling for my child. I feel like receptionists are not so approachable.

Dr. Javaid quickly reassured me with excellent communication skills. She effectively listened to my concerns and clearly explained what the problem might be and the next steps that would be taken in order to reach a diagnosis. Follow up appointment with Jackie for required tests followed the same high service. Again excellent communication skills. She took time to explain everything to me so I left reassured.
