Warm, welcoming with fantastic service
Stayed there for 2 nights . the rooom was clean. Had kettle .with tea coffee and milk in fridge . the pub is a 500yr old pub and some things are not straight .... Very nice place to stay

Lovely service, very clean and nice decor. Christmas decorations and music on and looks really nice. Food was amazing, hands down the best belly pork meal I've ever had. Very reasonably priced too.

I would like to thank Alistair and his staff especially Dawn for the excellent spread and the warm welcome they gave my family last Saturday for my Mothers "do", the beautiful surroundings and the friendly staff made a sad occasion very enjoyable. I would thoroughly recommend the Dolphin.
Good music, happy staff and a good landlady, what more can you ask for. I
Lovely ambience and Charlotte the barmaid is delightful. We only stopped for a couple, but we will be back. The menu looks good and individual to the Dolphin - always a plus. Very clean and tidy and the Landlady operates to exacting and sound principles - rare these days, makes the whole experience pleasurable.
Good food. Fine range of beers and cider. Dig friendly.
