Went to see Jane three weeks ago. I did alot of research and thought I had found a professional. She was lovely in the clinic. Very hectic set up was at least three people in the waiting room. I said I was happy to wait as most were for botox and being honest I didnt want them rushed. I was in and out having had botox and lip filler in no more than 15 minutes. Lips looked fine coming out; first time I have had them done. Then it turned into a nightmare. I had a large bump and bruise on one side of my head and veins now showing on the other struggled to cover with make up. I started to get lumps all over the top And bottom. I had two large lumps under the bow area making it look like I had a cold sore. I messaged a few days later asking when my review would be. No reply. Sent some pictures; asked if she could call. Yes I was panicking. I had business meetings and a wedding. I knew bruising was a possibilty but this wasnt something I could hide with make up. I am a realistic person I know things can go wrong, I just wanted it putting right. The lady who called was like another person. I was beyond shocked how someone can change so dramatically. Wasnt her problem. She had decided to do a clinic on the sunday which was the only day I could not make. Her responce - “not really my issue come and see the month after if you want to me look at it again”. Implied I should find another practioner going forward. I had paid 260 for lip filler and 280 for botox which I think is high end for manchester. Its not a real clinic; I did not even get a review booked in afterwards which from asking is normal practice. Its a rented chair like a conveyor belt to earn as much in one afternoon Dont be fooled by the instagram posts - couldnt be further from the truth. I took advise from two people before I had them dissolved. Both agreed lumps to that degree where not going to correct themselves. I had filler below my lip line. It felt like I had ulcers in my mouth. Not one for writing negative reviews but would not want someone to go through what I have in the past two weeks.

Holly, my hair stylist moved here last year. So I haven't been going long. But when I have been here, Its like going to a friends home. Everyone is lovely, welcoming and always smiling. Ask for a cuppa and they are more than happy to make one for you. Ive only had my hair coloured, cut and dried here so I can't comment on the other treatments but the pricing is really good. If you want a chat or a laugh with your treatment the doll house is the salon to go to. No faults at all.

I am a client here at this fantastic Hair Salon. It's friendly, very efficient and you come out feeling like a Million dollars. There are many different beauty services in the salon, hair beauty, make up etc. Why not make an appointment and give them a try. Fantastic Thank You. Sue C.

Booked prom package for my twins for June, called to pay £40 deposits for each but told only take cash, sent husband back on his day off with £80, when I came home from Work I asked if he had a receipt, he said he wasn’t given one but the girl had envelopes with our girls names on and she put it in them. Received a text today asking for the remainder of the deposit as they have only £40 down as paid, of course there is no chance they are mistaken is there !!!!, have taken back the £40 they admit to having. Furious with husband who doesn’t like confrontation and who I asked to go back in and sort it out  as I’m working and ended up giving them another £40  no receipt again needless to say I told him to go straight back to get it, ignore the one star please I couldn’t comment without giving a star.

Stacey for microblading is just amazing! Brilliant experience each time I've been back. Seen her a few times now over the years.

Won't be returning. I wanted a wax and tint today. I arrived at 2pm the time my appointment was then I was seated to wait. 10 past to a lady who had been sat chatting to the nail tech said oh sorry I didn't know you were here. She took me in a room and lay me on a bed she just started doing my brows didn't ask how I would like them how dark would I want them and when doing them she might aswell give me mouth to mouth as the invasion of breath was rediclous. She left the dye on about 2 minutes I knew then it wasn't what I wanted but I was hoping that they would look ok. No scissors were use to trim the length and for £15 jeezus!! Nope bye. Lovely salon but ametur beauty techs.

Had acrylic nails done. They are really thick and bulky. They do not match the shape of my nails, were not filed down or on the sides at all.  At no point before the finish had I been asked if I was happy with the shape or thickness.
