Lindsey always does an exceptional job, I've been coming to this salon for nearly 3 years now, can get a bit busy at times but always walk out feeling amazing, would definitely recommend.

Really upset :(. I went to the salon in September to enquire about a curly hair perm. I mentioned I had my hair straightened permanently before and so wasn't sure if it would work and so the lady cut a bit of my hair from the crown of my head, which was very visible afterwards and hadn't told me it was going to be from the crown. Anywho, I had mentioned I had to go back to uni and they didn't have any immediate availability in the week or weekend and so I said I could come back another weekend from uni. She said she will test the curly perm cream on the hair she cut and will get back to me. We are at the end of the year and I still have not heard from her! I called about 8/10 times. Three of the times different people took my phone number as the lady was busy and said they'll ring me back once she has finished, and I'm still waiting for a call back! Some times they didn't pick up and other times told me to ring later and then the call wouldn't connect. Honestly, I was really looking forward to this and they were really nice when I went in. This was such a let down. At least have the courtesy to let me know after chopping a piece of my hair off, I was really looking forward to this.
