My daughter and I called in by appointment last Saturday as I wanted to buy a tennis bracelet in memory of my mother she loved to watch tennis. I purchased the Tennis-09 in 18ct white gold. It is absolutely beautiful and Lydia who served us was really nice. Any photo I could upload really wouldn't do it justice. If you want a beautiful piece of diamond jewellery, look no further honestly - you will not be disappointed.
Lydia recently designed and had my wedding ring made to match my engagement ring, also purchased from Diamond Centre. They’re absolutely stunning and I now have a matching pair! Thank you so much Lydia and all the team.
I have used Kelvin and his team mostly family to make many pieces of jewellery for my mother and i over the past 15 years - I would never go anywhere else!!! 10/10 experience. Nothing was too much trouble for Siantel and her team. They helped me design the perfect engagement ring. I had a very specific brief and the ring they made exceeded all my expectations. Would definitely recommend.
I used the Diamond Centre to design and create my wedding rings. The service was absolutely amazing and Siantel went over many various designs to ensure my wedding ring fitted my engagement ring perfectly and within our tight budget. I've since had both rings redesigned and i could not be happier with the outcome. The service is second to none with a warm friendly atmosphere. The amazing staff are undoubtedly working hard to provide a top class service. I would highly recommend this company and I'm looking forward to designing my next piece already.
During lockdown Siantel and the team were fantastic helping me design an eternity ring for my wife. They continually exceeded my expectations through great communication and professionalism. During these difficult times they wanted to help me make the purchase and experience as special as possible and all my requests were met with positivity. I would strongly recommend the Diamond Centre Wales and Siantel especially to anyone going forward and I'm already thinking what I can purchase next.
Firstly I would like to say I am amazed by how beautiful my engagement ring is. I got to design it and they helped me add a few special touches to make it unique. The service was friendly but still professional. What an amazing team of talented people. Booking in for our wedding bands this week as wouldn't think of using anyone else anymore. Kelvin is definitely the man to see his knowledge is endless.
Absolutely OUTSTANDING! I cannot recommend the Diamond Centre For Wales highly enough. I wish I’d found this gem of a place years ago. I’d had my engagement ring designed and made by a reputable jeweller 10 years ago and wanted to find a radiant cut eternity ring to compliment it for my 5th wedding anniversary. I searched hi and low to no avail, then found the most exquisite place on Earth. Everything about the centre is first class, it’s unbelievable... the staff and both professional, highly knowledgable, but more importantly friendly and really do treat you as the most valued customer. They just couldn’t do enough for us in every possible way. From the design to sourcing the perfect diamond clarity and size for my ring. So much so they even found a further 7 perfect diamonds to ensure the colour matched my engagement ring perfectly. Siantel was faultless and so so helpful. Having purchased my ring I wouldn’t even contemplate using a regular high street jeweller again, you will be blown away by the design service, stock items, quality and service. I was a little apprehensive regarding price, but I needn’t have worried, they were compatible and I would say I had a better quality ring than I would have been able to source anywhere else in the uk. They even welcomed my new puppy Bailey. Even the sweetest touches of the bottle of bubbly, the bag and the gift box all screamed quality. I simply cannot thank you all enough, I’m utterly THRILLED with my eternity ring! I’ve already told my daughters they need to ensure they get their engagement rings from here as it’s simply the best. 5* without a shadow of a doubt xxx
Last year, I decided to design a new engagement and wedding ring for my mum for her anniversary. Nothing was too much trouble and all the points I wanted were met. The design process was great from having the CAD images to the final product. This year my dad decided to get an eternity ring as a surprise and the Diamond Centre were great in matching it against my mum's existing rings and creating the perfect ring without her knowing a thing! Highly recommend for a professional service!
I met with Kelvin to design my ring which is just absolutely stunning. The advice and service has been absolutely first class with a spectacular end result! It has also been a very easy process despite us living in London. Kelvin and his team are just wonderful, couldn’t be happier with my ring!
