Worst Receptionist

The first time I've visited the clinic I've already noticed that the receptionist does not smile. When I asked her something she answered me like she was really annoyed that I'm asking her something about the registration.

One day I phoned the clinic to cancel my upcoming appointment and she is not really talking to me in a nice way. So she asked me if I wanted to reschedule my appointment and when I said no and told her that I can still book it anytime some other day, she said 'Yeah that's what I'm asking you if you want to reschedule it' (with a very not so nice tone). All I'm saying is she is a receptionist she should be nice to all the patients because she is the front liner of the clinic, but I think she needs to have a proper training in doing customer service because she doesn't have it at all.

I have no problem with my doctor. He is really a nice chap. But their receptionist is the worse receptionist I've ever met.

I visited the practice on 14 April to get a filling repaired that had fallen out. They were able to squeeze me in even with a tight schedule.

When I arrived at the practice I was greeted warmly with a smile by the lady on reception and asked to take a seat in the waiting area after confirming my name. I was suffering with a heavy cold at the time and the receptionist came over with a box of tissues which was very considerate and great service.

I am a very nervous patient so the receptionist advised Dr Botha and his nurse of this which was much appreciated and contributed to a great experience overall.

Reading some of the disparaging comments about the receptionist(s) on here I wanted to give my own experiences. I felt the receptionist was very polite when dealing with everyone that came in on the day while I was there, whether that be face to face or on the phone. Everyone was greeted warmly with a smile and dealt with in a professional manner.

Overall a great service from the receptionist, dentist and dental nurse. This is a practice I will recommend to my friends and colleagues.

Using my sister’s google account here but needed emergency treatment after a Bridge completely broke leaving me without any smile. I was fitted out with a denture and had a great new smile within the week. Friendly, fast and professional I’d thoroughly recommend them.

My experience at the Witham surgery has always been wonderful. I cannot thank all the members of staff enough for making our visits to the surgery such a relaxing and enjoyable experience. Nothing is too much trouble and all three of my children always comment on what a lovely experience the visits are. They often compare the surgery to previous dentists and say how lucky we all are to have found such a caring and professional dentist. 

I cannot thank you enough for the  exceptional service we all receive,  to your friendly and happy dispositions and your extremely professional and caring staff. It is more than just a surgery. I would go as far as to say that it is like stepping into someone's home and being given a warm and friendly welcome. and being put immediately at ease. 

There are no grumpy staff here, which speaks volumes.  I would definitely recommend this dentist to anyone looking fora new surgery. It will not disappoint!! Thanks again

Best dentist I have been to, my dentist was very professional and the receptionist was very helpful and friendly.  I was able to get an appointment at short notice.  I definitely recommend this dentist!
