Stroke  exercise  class weds morning  is grreat,fantastic  instructors are excellent.  Even have good fun and a laugh. We all enjoy  it, thank you  Anne and the other helpers.tea is nice too afterwards. I would  encourage anyone who has had a stroke  to give it a try, it's not hard!

Fantastic place to take the kids. Free kiddy Park. Free out door workout area and canal networks for biking a stones throw away. For all you bikers there a great littke bike shop Cycles 4u just up the road towards Merry Hill

Ok so I'm going to explain why I have only gave 3 stars. 

The park - it's good for little kids but sometimes there's teenagers and olders on there at the night time doing all sorts of funny business. 

The shelter - full of permanent marker drawings and name calling and unnecessary things. 

The toilets - very nice and clean and free of charge. 

The gym - good little gym but again all writing all over the stuff. 

The filed - good size filed to walk your dogs but be careful of dog mess, and I have seen glass all around the path way and needles before so be careful. 

I don't go down this place anymore because when I did I saw glass everywhere and needles and it's avut unsafe if your walking your dog or taking your children out and about.
