I found Molineux to be a very positive experience. An old stadium but doesn't look old. Very spotlessly clean in fact. I went as an incognito Wolves fan with my Kilkenny scarf same colours, but was secretly supporting Liverpool in the home section. There was no nastiness towards us, just the usual banter. In the stand, they do not serve draught, but only bottles and cans at pint prices. I had the roughest pint of Guinness ever, which wasn't poured well from the can at all from the 'barman'. The food was decent though. The ground is very central, so easy to walk to. For a stadium with just over 30,000 capacity, it does generate a very good atmosphere. We had a good fighting win here, and this is definitely an away ground I would return to some day.
What an experience to have. My first time at the stadium, fans were incredible from both teams.nWe felt safe, and not at all worried about being around so many people.
My fiance played here with his 5 a side football team, along with that every wolves game we've been to was unforgettable
Away section runs the length of the pitch.nnBit of a gap between stand and pitch, however, not an issue if enjoying a good match.nnSmoking area accessible at half-time. Usual beers/pies and the ever traditional bovril available from concessions standsnnPolite and hospitable stewards in place.
