What a load of rubbish trying to book a appointment for a 92 year old for a medication review phoned Monday was told none had been released yet phone back Wednesday phoned back Wednesday morning 8.30am was told not been released yet phone back in the afternoon went into reception instead only to be told to come back later. Went back 2hrs later to be told phone back week on Thursday when 4 just 4 would be released then for April 16th this practice needs to be investigated by the NHS board of doctors something is very wrong there.
