Scaffolding eye sore . Been up for 3 years or more . Must have bad design flaws to take this long to fix the problem . In response to the question below I believe there is a water ingress problem which has meant lengthy work to fix it . They have been working on the building every day for what seems like years . Be good when they fix it because it’s a nice looking building without the scaffolding.
Weird one. Looks like they're completely changed the facade. Wood all gone. Presuming some type of fire hazard?

When will the construction finish?
Beautiful apartment, large, very well equipped washing machine/dryer, dishwasher, hob, oven, kettle, refrigerator, microwave freezer, electric coffee maker, toaster, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner ... 2 bathrooms, one with bathtub. Secure access and presence of a concierge at the building reception. Quiet area close to all shops, 2 minutes from the bus stop and 10 minutes from the "old street" metro. Own. You have to collect the keys on Adler street, where we were very well received by a very pleasant person, despite our late arrival plane delay
