Had a referral here for a biopsy in the dermatology department. It was a Saturday morning and my first time here. Parking was great. The nurse and Doctor who worked on me were brilliant, highly professional and made me feel at ease A++ all round. Thank you

Great, approachable out of hours doctor who listened to my concerns.nnUnfortunately, I was anxious about attending the appointment due to the rude manner of the receptionist on the phone, who I truly believe should not be working with the general public! Absolutely appalling attitude from start to finish- I do not appreciate being shouted at over the phone!

Really pleased with our choice of practice.  From the Receptionists via the Nurses to the Doctors and all other staff including cleaners we have received nothing but quality care.  Would recommend onwards without reservation.

Rude aggressive reception staff . Cancelled appointment wasn't I formed. Tried to tell me call was made , checked my phone this was not the case . Female aggressively shouting at me , and as so eone who suffers from anxiety this sent me into a panic attack . Shocking service for someone due to have an appointment to find out if I have skin cancer
