As a long term customer I was expecting good service but was delighted with the level of care which was exceptional. It was very busy and I was prepared to wait but the efficiency and professionalism of all the staff only took a few minutes.nI saw prescribing optician Mark who was understanding and clearly cared about my needs. I look forward to having a hearing consultation next week.
Very poor customer service, purchased some sports glasses for my son, was told be about a week, still waiting 4 weeks now and still no glasses.nnContacted the store on the end of ever week and was told they would chase them up and come back to me, not once have I been contacted and advised when the glasses would be delivered. I have had to contact the company who make the sports frame myself to get any answers.nnAlso was told that the manager would ring me regarding this and still haven't had a phone call even after chasing them up and getting told a manager has rung me, to which I kindly replied that I can send them my call log to prove he hasn't.nnSeems like they are happy to take your money and then offer very poor customer service and communication afterwards.nn******nJust had a phone call from the manager who said they had the number down incorrectly, even after 2 people in store reading the correct number back to me on 2 separate occasions and having phone calls from the branch.
Great service , very helpful & explained my scans to me , didn't need new glasses this time but will be back next year
Excellent service from all the staff at specsavers Grimsby. In all i interacted with 5 staff members and all were very professional and helpful from start to finish. Well done spec savers Grimsby for truly excellent service.
