This place was amazing, very dog friendly I had a kids meal as I didn’t fancy anything big and the staff were happy to let me order from the kids menu which is appreciated and it didn’t disappoint! My dog was loved by the staff and locals and she seemed to enjoy it too. We will be back. My hubby order a burger meal which was juicy also. They didn’t have Stella larger so we ordered house beer and it was nice.
This place does a cracking breakfast. Been a few times now and the standards are always the same - excellent! The coffee is good too and the selection of food and drinks are wide ranging. It will cost you about £30 for 2 big breakfasts and 2 coffees but it’s worth it, trust me.
We came on a pretty busy Sunday in February and though we prebooked it still was a slight wait to actually be seated. The servers were nice though they were quite busy so took a little bit to order, get our food, and then to pay. The food itself was quite good and they had a few vegetarian options. There is also both indoor and outdoor seating available.
Nice beautiful place at the side of river windrush… enjoyed the coffee and walnut cake. The ambiance is perfect and staff is very friendly and welcoming. I would definitely recommend a visit, if you are in the area.

waitress brought wrong menu, then did not come back despite being asked. another waitress finally brought right menu and took our order. food took a very long time almost 1 hr after ordering. food itself was decent. obnoxious blinking lights outside. much friendlier places nearby.Food: 3/5
Had a late lunch while visiting the area, the reviews were positive and it had a nice atmosphere so decided to give it a go. It was disappointing to say the least. The chicken burger was dry and the Croft burger tasted a bit off. Would suggest for a drink but not food
The place located just in the center which is very convenient. The decoration and atmosphere are nice and cozy. The food is pretty basic. Not bad but also not wow. Fair prices. Enjoy :
Food was fine though nothing spectacular. We went on a damp cold day in the end of February and didn’t realise how very dog friendly the place was. Wouldn’t have gone in if we had realised that it was dog friendly and by the time we realised we already had drinks. At one stage there were at least 8 dogs inside, and there was a very damp dog smell which we didn’t find conducive to a pleasant lunch and left quickly. Great if you are looking for a dog friendly eatery.
