Came in the other day with my family and dog was astounded by the levels of customer care shown by the staff here, Robert, who made our coffees provided amazing service, bringing over dog bowls and treats for our pooch. Other staff were excellent too but Robert stuck out to us for his thoughtfulnessnThank you all, would recommend especially if Robert’s on the coffee!
Went into the cafe for a quick coffee at 10:45. The cafe was not particularly busy with about 8 tables occupied. We were quickly shown to a table by a friendly young waitress who gave us menus and advised our order would be taken shortly. An older member of staff came over a few minutes later to tell us that she would get to us shortly but that “there was a bit of a queue”. She then took orders from a number of people who were all undoubtedly ahead of us, but with no particular sense of urgency and spending quite a while at the till after taking each order. After fully 15 minutes we gave up and left.
Stopped in here for brunch before our tour of the Glenturret distillery up the road. He had a Full Monty and I had the haggis don't knock it till you try it! and poached egg sandwich and we shared a croissant. Nice brunch overall and a cute little shop we bought some gift at.
Delicious food -not expensive -excellent service. Good location -by the police station and car parks. Toilets as always were immaculate.
There's a shop in the ground level with loads of delicious local produce, and a cafe downstairs that serves amazing sandwiches, rolls, cakes and breakfast food. Both the ones I tried were gorgeous and tasted great. I wish I passed by Crieff more often just to go there again.
