Exceedingly pleasant. Middle of the road nice, your mum will love it. Food was good, plates could often do with one less ingredient in the mix (bitter under roasted garlic with the risotto, and really weird set cucumber mousse with the gravadlax). But the service was cheery and friendly. And there is an excellent wood out front to walk the dog before lunch. Bonus points for dogs being allowed on.

Very nice looking pub very elegant! I had a burger presentation was really nice hand cut chips were really good the burger tho was ok not excellent, for the price it has to be better.
