"Pebble Beauty Sanctuary was Est in 2007 and their first home was in Church Yard Hitchin offering just hands and feet treatments. In 2012 due to the demand for a wider choice of beauty treatments Pebble moved to their current much bigger premises in Bucklersbury Hitchin. Totally renovated, it includes a stunning pedicure lounge with five sumptuous pedicure thrones, a manicure suite with eight desks and five further treatment rooms one of which is a very popular twin. The therapist was good and didn't talk much which allowed me to try to relax. The pedicure itself was fine. Not much of an atmosphere in the salon. Weird process of therapist standing watching you pay while someone else takes the payment. Not very comfortable pedicure station. Other therapists walking around talking amongst themselves, whereas a sign is displayed for customers to not use phones so as not to disturb others' treatments. Wanted a pampering and relaxing experience and unfortunately didn't meet expectations on the whole. Got my toes tidied and painted beautifully though, so 3 stars for that.
Had a lovely manicure and pedicure with Layla. She was so lovely! She did a fantastic job, I felt like I was walking on air when I left. Unfortunately when I got home my 3 year old decided to step on my toe and ruin her masterpiece! When I rang Pebble they booked me in for a repaint the very next morning, with the lovely Hannah, free of charge! These girls are amazing, so welcoming and accomodating.
