Cannot rate the service highly enough.  I was searching for 3 black wraps or shrugs for my bridesmaids and saw that the Cotswold Frock Shop had them in stock.  I ordered them on line and kept my fingers crossed that they were of  good quality and that my purchase would be a smooth one.  I was delighted that both the service given by the shop and the quality of the shrugs was excellent.  I ordered them and they were dispatched next day and delivered within 4 days of ordering.  They are lovely faux fur wraps and I know my bridesmaids will look stunning in them.  Thank you so much.  I would absolutely recommend this shop and would buy from them again.

Lovely shop with a huge range of bridal dresses.  Very friendly staff, I was looked after by Rosie and she was very helpful.  They ask for an idea of what kind of dresses you are looking for in advance so they can have them ready for you when you arrive.  Whilst the shop is not huge, they have a much wider range of wedding dresses than anywhere else I have been which means it is much easier to find your perfect dress!

I said yes to the dress yesterday at the Cotswold Frock Shop! Rosie is absolutely amazing, nothing was too much trouble for her and she was very patient with a very picky and indecisive bride. Her knowledge and expertise are so extensive and she wasn’t one of those stylists who just wanted to sell you a dress, she listened to what I wanted, brought me dresses that had those particular elements and commented truly on how it looked. She wasn’t pushy towards me and did make me feel absolutely amazing! The new bridal gallery is beautiful and intimate and made me feel so at ease and comfortable in a stressful situation. I would recommend anyone going to the Cotswold Frock Shop and ask for Rosie, she will definitely help you find your dream dress ❤️👰🏼

Can't recommend this company enough. We ordered a couple of bridesmaid dresses after being let down elsewhere. The service is second to none, they kept us up to date with our order and answered all our questions quickly. Christine and her team are so friendly and helpful and we would recommend them to everyone. Thanks again ladies for making things so stressfree.

I went in to see a few of the wedding dresses I'd seen on the website but had no real idea of what I wanted, so had no expectations. 
I was amazed and came away buzzing with excitement. I saw and tried on some incredible dresses, and had the loveliest customer experience with Lucy. 
She is friendly, funny and helpful, she's also very attentive without being overbearing which, when you're not a dress kinda gal, is what you need. Because of this experience, and on return getting it again, I have now ordered the dress that was calling me, and am ridiculously happy to be a Cotswold Frock Shop Bride. I can't wait for the dress to arrive! I've no doubt i'll be back in well before then to drag other family members to meet Lucy and see the dress, but I happily and whole heartedly recommend taking some time to book and appointment with the Cotswold Frock Shop, and spend some quality time being made to feel amazing!!
