After much buying and returning from other retailers, we got some really nice bath mats from here, feel great, and a nice mature pink! The Shaped Bath Mats were definitely worth the money, and the delivery was very quick, and the driver from Evri called up when she could not find us, and got the stuff to us. Also great customer service, even calling me back after I messaged them to clarify an order issue. No issues here at all, good quality product.
Spent £200 on two chairs. They sent me the wrong ones. I reported this through the online form. I got no response so called. The agent then denied that they ever produced the chairs that I ordered even though they are shown in the catalogue and have their own product code. I was told to email with the picture so I did. I heard nothing so tried calling back even though they say that their call centre is open they don't pick up the phone after 1pm. Very poor customer service. Feel like I've wasted £200 for a big box of unwanted product to sit in my kitchen.
If I could give 0 stars I would! This company has awful customer service and poor communication. My grandma ordered two sofas in December 2021, they arrived in May but one was damaged so she sent it back. They then tried to redeliver the same damaged sofa the next week. It is now November 2022 and still no sofa! I called every month from May to see when the sofa would be delivered and they kept saying it was being delayed by a month. Apparently it will be delivered this Monday, we shall see! I received an email to say it has been dispatched, I called them to arrange delivery and they told me they have lost it and are looking for it! How do you lose a sofa?! Do not shop here!!
Horrendous experience with faulty item, can't get through, promises made but not kept, any emails just get a stock 'track your order' email regardless of what you write. Refunds promised but not given, I am in despair we will ever get our money back, but they will very happily take my elderly mother's money. I am staggered they get away with this, read all the other reviews. Avoid avoid avoid!
I ordered 2 matching mats. One arrived reasonably on time. I was told the other would be delayed a month. After waiting a month I have just been told there will be delay of another month ! What kind of disorganised company are they running. Disgraceful service. no explanation in the email, just thanking me for my patience!!!!!!! I need the second one to match the first one so cannot cancel!!
This company is appalling. Can't get thru on the phone and when emailing keep getting a reply with a link to track my order?? I'm not emailing to track any order. Clearly they don't even read their emails properly. Absolutely disgusted. Don't buy anything from this company. They are rip off merchants.
Shocking. Reading the reviews i should have never bothered. Just received a message to advise that the order placed on 13th December and due on 16th, will now not arrive by xmas! The warehouse are behind with orders............ The same warehouse that was behind last year looking at what has been posted. Clearly management don't have a clue in this place
The low rating is just for customer service. To have a phone line for just 9 am to 1pm on weekdays only is not enough for a modern retailer. What about those of us who work? I tried email but got a response unrelated to my query. I followed that up but have had no reply. No product complaints just rubbish service.
Following on from my one star review a month ago, after waiting 2 months of 2 separate delays for delivery of a carpet, I have just been told there will be yet another delay from their supplier to later in December!! If ever!!!! The management of their supply chain is appalling even in these difficult times. I asked for a manager to call and explain. Still waiting.....
Placed order on the 1st September 2022 still waiting for delivery , Writing on behalf of Mr M Deacons who is profoundly deaf, Spent over £200.00 pounds with this company extremely poor service should not be in Business reporting to the Ombusman if a reply is not rec'd within 48/hrs they keep saying on there answerphone message that they are busy and will reply let's wait and see are they still in business or have they gone bust ? and kept paying customer's Money Who know's ? let's hope all the customer's that have been let down get an answer soon that not too much to ask for is it Scotts of stow seeing sa i have been patient and waited since September 2022
