Unbelievable show room to browse Such a wide variety of bathroom styles you can actually see in person, which is amazing when you come to choose your own. Simon's experience with tiles is very clear here and after looking through the many tiles, Simon helped me choose a style for my own home and I am absolutely over the moon. I cannot rate this company enough. I will 100% be back again for my next project.
Quick delivery and very helpful on the phone when I wanted a number of tiles rather than square metreage and wasn't sure how many boxes to order. Product exactly as described and very well packaged.
Decided to try the Cornwall tile company after previously being let down by another place and I can’t fault the service one bit. Had been badly let down by another company and phoned Cornwall Tile Company Simon on the off chance they could help us. Not only did he manage to source the much needed tiles but managed to get them to us before the end of the week. I was very impressed by Simon’s efforts and help. Truly great customer service. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
Cornwall Tile Company has supplied me with tiles for two major projects. They have always been very professional and helpful, calling out to the properties and offering expert help and advice. Nothing was too much trouble and the knowledge and workmanship was outstanding. I would highly recommend them to anyone considering updating or renewing their bathrooms or any ceramic work.
We Came in to The Cornwall Tile Company with no idea what tiles we wanted for our porch floor. We were greeted by a friendly man called Simon who was very patient and informative, we ordered our tiles and within a week they were delivered earlier than expected. Would recommend this company wholeheartedly. Thankyou guys our porch looks amazing thanks to you.
After installing a new kitchen myself and wife we very unsure on type, colour, size etc so spoke to Simon for some guidance. Simon was very knowledgable, professional and pointed us in the right direction.Theres many tile ranges to suit all budgets so after making our choice and paying I was very surprised how quickly I received the call to say they had arrived 2 days!! Also I didn’t know they supplied bathroom furniture as well. I know my next project is the bathroom so will be back again. Would definitely recommend. Thank you
We decided to look at Cornwall Tile whilst carrying out a new build and a house renovation due to the fact they were local to us. We got on with them right away, had loads of advice and help from them along the way and not only that they have literally every product and range available to create your dream bathroom. Absoutely love our bathrooms, which could sound biased seeing as I’m an interior designer and had a firm idea of what I wanted but the quality and advice we received was top regardless of any manufacturing or supplier issues - they made up for it and the overall result and service was amazing. I recommend all my clients to them and I will be using them again in the future. Thank you so much!
Fantastic experience from start to finish! These guys really know their stuff when it comes to tiles and everything that goes with it. They have an extensive array of the best indoor and outdoor tiles and floorings around, plus ample access to ordering other tiles in if needed. Super helpful and great customer service! We’ve used them twice and will continue to use them in future. Highly recommend.
Unfortunatley, I can not say how unimpressed I am by a local company. Extremely unprofessional and unreliable. We ordered some tiles surprising I know and were told 6 -10 days, misinformed. First our order was lost, then we had to wait for a new shipment to arrive...in a few weeks. Many phone calls of me chasing, many times we were told a different arrival date with a complete lack of customer service. 3 months later, finally arrived arrived 21st Dec. We unwittingly assumed they would not be damaged, but when we unpacked them a few days ago we had to start another job due to all the delays we found they were. We have taken care of them, and did not step on them, for us they cost a lot of money. Called them to ask for help. Greeted by the same jolly lack of insincerity and customer service. No exchange, no refund, no help. Obviously these guys couldn't give a damn because we were not spending a zillion dollars and we are not tradesmen. It pains me to write this as I love to support local companies, but If at any point I was granted with truth, sincerity and a sparkle of customer service I would not be writing this review. Their response does not convey the lack of customer service throughout, we as customers experienced, which they can not amend.
