ABSOLUTE RUBBISH PASTIES ONLY ATE 2 OUT OF 5 AND VASTLY OVER PRICED
I’m not sure if what I was handed really was coffee, but it certainly didn’t taste like it. Not sure if it’s the beans or the machine but something definitely needs refreshing. Would give more stars for the lovely customer service though.
Was recommended a large traditional. Just come out the oven so definitely fresh and hot, which for a slow Wednesday afternoon wasn’t expected and was a nice surprise. enjoyed it. Was hot for a whole hour. She was polite and we had a nice talk before my train. Recommended to my friends.
Next time, I'll walk over to Waitrose and get myself a bottle of milk as the hot chocolate tastes just like it the only difference is you pay £3.50 for it. Hardly any chocolate put into the drink, 2nd time this has happened will not be buying from you again.
Had Great Service from A lovely polite young woman called Natasha and even recommoended the pasty of the month to Me and a loyalty card great to see the level of care and passion to the customer credit to your company
I would definitely recommend getting your food and beverages from here - I was served by Craig who was very efficient, polite and professional
I felt sorry for the two girls on tonight. They were out of their depth, needing training to help them to speed up. People would not risk missing a train to get a pasty!!
the pastry place is great they do good food and the staff are freindly i would recommend them any day
